A career in defense promises the most prestigious and respected positions in the country. Youngsters who aspire to choose a career full of challenges, pride and patriotism can find no place better than defense. NDA is the joint service academy of Indian armed forces - the Army, the Navy and the Air Force where cadets are trained together before they go on to join respective service academy for further pre-commission training. The tri-service academy is located in Khadakwasala, Pune, Maharashtra. With the accelerating rise for the most prestigious and respected positions in the country is a career in defence.
NDA alumni have led and fought in every major conflict in which the Indian armed forces have been called to action. The alumni of NDA includes - 3 Param Vir Chakra recipients and 12 Ashoka Chakra, recipients. How to apply for NDA:
The entrance is conducted twice a year by UPSE. The exam is a two-step process - Written Exam + Interview conducted by SSB. For the April month exam, the notification comes out in December/January and for September exam notification comes out in May/June.
Viveka foundations have already nurtured and groomed the students who wish to join Defense Forces. School Alumni, Anmol is currently pursuing his last year in NDA and is entitled with Best Naval Cadet. Ashish Sharma is under training at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerela. To foster the innate talents and hard-working spirit of students, the new offshoot of Viveka Foundations - Camouflage NDA Academy is all set to provide a well-laid stage for aspiring students who are determined to join Defense Services. Along with written exam preparation, students will learn to break through self limiting beliefs; replace fear and doubt with confidence.
